This is a small nest. If you go to the hardware store and buy a bottle of Raid powder or something similar you can squeeze the contents into the vent. Best do it at night, do it quickly and make your escape. The insecticide powder is residual and if the initial treatment doesnt get into the nest then the wasps will carry it in during their movements in and out of the nest. If this proves unsuccessful call a pest control company who will charge you the best part of forty or fifty quid.
