Skyline r34(hard to get in USA but it can be done), 2011 GTR-35, Porche GT-2, Mitsu EVO8 MR, Audi s4(the old school one's with the v8 engines, the b4 to be specific) , E60 M5 and a chevelle. Chevelle has way too much power, but its still nice. Skyline handles better. I did this in a period of about a yr before making a commitment. Dont think i drove all of them in a week.LOL

Don't care for the look of the 18" wheels; also, the large wheels appear to cause the tires to be lower profile, accenuating a too stiff ride over bumpy roads?

then took the 0ne of the turbos out for 2011 (335i)sell it for the same price

The 335is sounds much better, it has 330hp and 320 lbs of torque. It also has Mbumpers, black mirrors and grill, also different instrument panel and pedals, also nicer wheels. No reason to go for the 335i coupe unless you want all wheel drive which is not available on the 335is.
@SurneySingh If you can afford it,I'll go with the 335is. And 2mpg is really not a big difference if you have the money to buy a car like this. Look at the 330ci and the ZPH package, people still love it and it boosts resale value too.

bmw needs to deliver the perfection of 3 series to the 5 & 6 series. bit disappointed with design and performance of the 5 and 6. the rest 2011 & 2012 models are great including my favorite 7 and X5.
I'd much rather take the e92 M3 and it's surprising to me BMW sells the 335is. You can get a CPO M3 with less than 10k miles for the same price. No brainer, the M3 is hands down a better car in every aspect.
If you're worried about gas mileage, you'll spend $300-$400 extra per year for the M3.

I test drove both M3 & 335is. Without a doubt the 335is was more fun to drive for me. It's had fantastic low-end torque and I didn't have to get to 8000 rpm's (like on the M3) to find optimal thrust. I'm sure the M3 kills it on a track but who gives a shit. I'll never touch a track. I'm all highway and city traffic which the 335is is built for. Super fun car and loaded with M including suspension, tranny, wheels, interior, etc.
Why does it have to say 335is in 20 places on that car?? M-sport pkg is nice. Too bad no fender flares which look great esp for the rear fenders. No LSD but more cooling? Trying to be a track car but not really?
335iS is a fail. No LSD on a sport's car is unheard of...from the beginning they should have had an LSD on the original car and added more cooling and it would have been good. They messed this one up too with more cooling for (track purposes) but no LSD? Doesn't make sense.

Beautiful car. However, I really don't like the black grill and door trim. I want it in the normal silver. Makes it more luxurious. I desperately want the 335iX coupe.

This color and white looks really nice in the 335is. The black grills, mirrors, shadow line trim and exhaust really creates a nice contrast.

I test drove both M3 & 335is. Without a doubt the 335is was more fun to drive for me. It's had fantastic low-end torque and I didn't have to get to 8000 rpm's (like on the M3) to find optimal thrust. I'm sure the M3 kills it on a track but who gives a shit. I'll never touch a track. I'm all highway and city traffic which the 335is is built for. Super fun car and loaded with M including suspension, tranny, wheels, interior, etc.

@CxBxBxC because the z4 has a longer hood, so it has a larger air intake for the turbos so it can have more hp, and the 335is has 330, not 320

BMW doesnt say that the 135i is faster because that wouldnt make sense at all!
Check out some M3 vs 135i vids, there are some pretty interesting ones.

Why does it have to say 335is in 20 places on that car?? M-sport pkg is nice. Too bad no fender flares which look great esp for the rear fenders. No LSD but more cooling? Trying to be a track car but not really?

335iS is a fail. No LSD on a sport's car is unheard of...from the beginning they should have had an LSD on the original car and added more cooling and it would have been good. They messed this one up too with more cooling for (track purposes) but no LSD? Doesn't make sense.

Agent 001 at AutoSpies: Uber cloying review. I'd like something a bit more critical and realistic. How about actually telling us the gas mileage and how many gigs of storage for music? How about more facts and less just total emoting in order to gain access to future models. Not doing anyone any favors with a "review" like that. I noted 001's sausage-like fingers as they barely gripped the wheel. Yuck...stop eating already. Looks like a great car. Have to go somewhere else for real data.

for $9000 less u get 3L I6 with turbo or bi-turbo at 320 hp?
also whats the 0-60 time for the M3 and 335is?
imo its kinda pointless to go from 335i to 335is, might as well move up to a M3
