I like this new series. I grew up on transformers and this new remake isn't so bad, sure the art style they choose a lil weird but over all i still thinks its a good remake.

i hate when people say the show is meant for kids and that's why the style is like that. Personally I think it is crap like all the other shows they have now on tv. I know they want to save money but come on, the shows they had in the 80's and 90's were for kids too and freaking looked awesome( even till these days).The only show I think that's worth watching right now is Avatar( art,character and story are good). Justice league was great too,too bad they canceled it. Damn!

Hey hey, easy guys it's a show for kids... it's a remake based on our dear and classic G1 (that we watched when we were kids... even when some of us still watch the show in DVD, like me)... some of the storyline is brand new, I really liked this show, it's fresh, new millenium and the robots are cool. And don't be so hard to evaluate a show made originally for kids, try to watch it with the eyes of a child...

ok if you paid attention many leaders have taken the names of optimus prime and megatron, this is a series that is some where between the last head masters episode and beast wars where the original prime is dead and they are new autobots nad some how ratchet has been brought back alive by the power of the matrix. That is not the prime we all know and love he is a new prime that is why he is learning about the opriginal autobots and htey are all autobots that have continued on a name sake.

Just as an FYI, THIS IS A SEPARATE CONTINUATION. They used the G1 footage to appeal to the viewers. Ratchet, Prowl, Optimus, and EVERYONE ELSE are brand new characters with no relation at all to G1. The Decepticons are ancient villains, while Ultra Magnus is the leader of the Autobots. Optimus leads a small repair crew.

I agree. This was completely redone for my son's generation, in the thinking that they didn't have Moms and Dads like me that actually SHOWED them the G1's. I am not happy with it...if they were going to remake them, they should have stayed true to the original story.

I know the feeling man...it's all backwards to us G1 lovers. My son is only 8, and even HE knew it was messed up! He has been a fan of the old bots for a long time, and has all my old movies. He likes the new one because it's the transformers in cartoon form, but he doesn't like the way they did it.
