  • Thank you TheJokest. Sending love and light, MM

  • What scares me the most is that you think you know enough to be giving lectures to people. I'm sorry you couldn't afford to study when you were young, you might have found something to put your mind into. Right now it's a bit late and you missed out. Do you really think that "doing your own research" will get you somewhere? You don't even know thoroughly all that you're talking about but you like to show off. Opinions is all u can reach and you hold tight to them as what u r depends on that.

  • Im All Against Animal Cruelty And Abuse Or Whatever You Wanna Call It But Do Them A Favor Eat Their Meat So They Didnt Die Without A Reason

  • Scary stuff.

  • this guy is scarry !

  • Dear mauriciorodriguez67, I 'resemble' that comment!

    Love and light

  • why is this guy bald? sign of unhealthy diet. he should go vegetarian

  • Thank you for your humour TerryNoble! If you knew a bit more about testosterone (excess) and X chromosome you'd learn it's more to do with genetics (in my case). Having the follically challenged look means a higher than required male hormone - testosterone.

Alopecia areata is something different and usually involves various hormones being out of balance, which is likely to be a factor of eating the wrong foods/drink. It's environmental too;-)

Keep sharing your passion, be noble,

    love and light

  • ... out and about. Loads of info on youtube about raw living. A good visual example is Dan McDonald 'The liferegenerator' ha. He's been raw 10 years but was a drug addict, heavy drinker, steroid-injecting body-builder. Oh I hope you do it Magnus! Good on you! :-)

  • You'll try it??? That would made my day! :-) I don't know if you'd feel the benefit in only 7 days, you may feel awful for about 3-7 days depending on your level of toxicity, but after that food becomes rocket fuel! I'm guessing your detox period will be over fairly quickly though. It's the dark green leafy stuff you need in abundance and mix fruit with veg if it makes it more palatable. Use a centrifugal juicer if you have one and plan ahead because it's not always convenient when you're out a

  • Dear Magnus, I have never heard of that Institute and am not following anyone or anything. I have been vegetarian for 25+ years because it felt right and raw (not just vegan) for about 12 months, again because it feels right. My health is excellent and my conscience weightless. I get the feeling it scares you to let go of the dead stuff :-)

  • There may be some truth in that statement.

I do find when I eat vegetarian foods I keep eating... and eating... If I add more fat like organic butter I feel satiated for a little longer. When I eat organic locally raised meats I feel fuller for longer. I also feel more alert and alive.

I'll challenge myself to eat only fruit and veg for a week and come back to you. Thank you for sharing:-)

  • ... blinkered and wrong. Consuming any cooked food causes an immune response. I am a raw foodist (organic fruit, veg, sprouted nuts and seeds). As you always say, you are constantly learning and so am I but in this case I'm learning by my own experience. I only eat living foods now and I'm more alive than ever. Meat leaves an acid residue, which as you will know is disease-causing. Maybe you could open our mind a little wider and try it? I love your posts and should have said so to begin with b

  • Dear nicolamurph, thank you for your comments. It's okay to disagree and form your own ideas. I know a few people who have followed the Hippocrates Health Institute raw protocols and now they have ruined their health (irreversibly) A case in point would be Lierre Keith who wrote "The Vegetarian Myth". I recommend you read it. She was a Vegan and a Vegetarian for around 20 years.

if can make the time to listen to UndergroundWellness radio broadcasts. Amazing guests all health related.

    Love MM

  • Veganism is absolutely NOT a 21st century fad. It's been around infinitely longer than the time it took man to invent tools and cooking to aid digestion (indicating to me it's not meant to be eaten). Millions not hundreds of years in fact. When a lion kills, it goes straight for the intestines of the herbivorous animal it killed in order to get the part-digested amino acids and enzymes. I love your broad view on most subjects but I think your BeLIEf System on this particular subject is blinkere

  • heirloom soy is good

  • I put spirulina and wheatgrass in my juices which are complete proteins. I know soya is bad for you, so I try to stay away from that. I don't agree about we are similar to apes in the we should eat some meat. They eat bugs and small insects which I cannot imagine ever being desirable to eat. if your veg or vegan you can live healthily easy just eat a wide range of fresh food of varying colours and try to eat much of it raw. You'l find your prob healthier than most people who eat lots of meat

  • Dear myblackorchid, you share some interesting points. You'll find some monkey's consume meat which is as you stated bugs and insects, some also are known to consume meat left behind by carnivores. Our stomach size and measurements has enabled us to consume more meat and produce HCL as well as use our enzymes to break down this protein. In fact raw meats contain many enzymes, vitamins, minerals, etc

Veganism is a 21st Century fad. I don't know of any healthy populations that only eat veg/fruit

  • honey bee (wild) is completed food

and soya i think its good in our body

    WHY???????its God made

everycreat by God its need in all humanity

  • Wait, so I have to stop eating my sprouted Ezekiel Bread?!?!? Shit! I thought the organic soybeans that were sprouted were ok....

  • I like tofu.

  • Dear chadpopstar, so do millions of people and they have no clue that's not a complete protein. Plus how it was made...

If you're open to this... find a better complete source of protein. It's got to have eyes!

    Sending love

    Magnus

  • Interested in your comment toward the end, you take vitamin D in liquid form and you mentioned the site. After looking at the site, the small dropper bottle measured 500 iu, I take capsules daily which measure 5,000 iu. It seems to me that you are not getting enough? please let me know what you think.

  • Dear mizclevercloggs, you may have raised a good point here. I'm not sure if I shared this with you, my results from Grassrootshealth was 90 Ng/ML. Reading the research by Dr Cannell et al, they state 2000IU's is definitely safe (daily), however one could take 10,000IU's! It all depends on your own Vit D levels & requirements. Measure them first, then you'll know much to take to sustain above 60Ng/ML. Thank you and enjoy, with Qi MM

  • Great Q's.

I took vitamin D (liquid) for 4 weeks (Beyond Health, also includes Unique E, MCT, Ascorbyl Palmitate ) x 8- 12 drops under my tongue. No test before, but I did have a great tan during the summer in the UK. Test result 90! Told that higher than 200 not a good idea! May be Placebo effect too!

I feel more clarity and alert. Body recovers more quickly from physical damage exercise. Check out Vit D Council & Vit D action.

  • The dose you mentioned does not tell actual dose in IU... How much IU are in 1 drop is the right question then.

Reply witta "reply" button cos people wont know if you reply for them if you just click "post a message"

  • Great Q. Each drop from Beyond Health is 500IU's. Therefore I take between 4 and 12 drops in the am. Read the lable. Liquid is more bioavailable than powder D3. The dose in IU's would vary depending on your present level - use 25(OH)D test. Be sure you get this test rather than the 1,25(OH)D test, which is less accurate. Taking 2000-5000 IU's a day would be fine for most people. Thank you for your guidance. Enjoy this great day, with Qi

  • I also did a recording on Vitamin D, not sure if you watched that.

  • hey, for how long and in what dose did you take vitD? Did you also check blood serum before you started to take the vitamin?

Also, did you experience any major positive physical or psycho-emotional change that you think it can be credited to the VitD?
