  • wake up... we cant depend on anyone to tell the truth.. look, dig and see for yourself... the truth is out there... america is not free!!! and we are not safe from our own government... they want us dead or under their control!!!

  • i feel you, look up "haarp" im not making any connections but....

  • Long before it hit? Uh ...New Orleans wasn't even in the strike probability zone until 72 hours before the storm hit. Mayor Nagin made his "terroble news" statement about 24 hours before landfall at the same time the NWS released the "Dangerous Katrina" warning. Assuming you drop everyting then and there, don't worry about preparing your home for the storm and get in the car, there's only three ways out of the city.

  • Well said for someone who most likley freaking out, demanding impeachment over Clinton's blow-job, while on the other hand deciding to overlook the fact that people died waiting for help (on TV, it was no secret)in the Superdome in New Orleans.

  • Yes, we have found the ratings data, and Keith's show is gaining on Ted Baxter fast. I'll bet by the end of this year, Keith will be ahead. As for you, gellman, you can keep being your own narrow-minded self, but if you give us trouble, you can bet we'll throw it back on you. So eat a loofah and wash yourself with a falafel.

  • Well, obviously you haven't found a damn thing since your entire statement is false. Again, for the morons like you--Keith's program has LOST viewers in May and even more in June. He's so far away from ever catching Bill it's hilarious. Since you like to spin lies, here's the proof. You can read can't you?

  • Hey gellman, care to point out what about Keith's speech was "bullshit"? Or are you just saying because you're a poor little right-winger who can't argue the facts as usual? *tear*

  • Speaking of "facts" Mr. dimbulb. Have you found the ratings data yet?? Let me know.

Keith spouts nothing but bullshit btw....that is a fact.

  • The only "bullshit" around here is your Johnny-one-note commentary on Olbermann. Katrina showed the utter incompetence and arrogance of the Bush administration.

  • No, it showed the utter incompetence of people who depend on the govt. for everything in their lives.

  • Absolutely wrong! The whole city was disintegrating, sewage was flowing through the streets, and people were trapped inside an indoor stadium--and Bush made one overflight from several thousand feet. After an inexcusably long delay, the Bush admin. finally launched a half-assed "evacuation." The Republicans will rightly pay the price for this debacle.

  • The people were told to leave the city several times long before the hurricane hit. Mayor Nagin himself pleaded w/ all citizens to leave. They didn't. That's not Bush's fault you ignoramus.

  • Sure, if they could make it on their own. The government provided paltry assistance. And when the levees broke, the government stood by with its hands in its pants. Look at the image: the U.S. lays whole Iraqi cities to waste, then can't rescue its own citizens. All Bush could say was, "Brownie, you're doing a heck of a job." There's a lot more grounds for impeaching Bush than there ever was Clinton.

  • So those in people in were going to pay for levies themselves? Rescue themselves from toxic filth that shouldn't have been there in the first place? Do you believe the words that are coming out of your mouth. I sure don't.

  • Yes. I'm sure. So you agree 100% with how the Government handled Katrina? Applause to you. How bout you change the subject - its what you're good at.

  • Classic bullshit that is.

  • so what you are saying is that it was the people's responsibility to make sure the levees did not break. it was the peoples responsibility to feed themselves while they were stuck in the flood. fema had no duty to help them what so ever? maybe it is the californian's fault for living so close to san andreas. it is the floor victims fault for living so close to the mississippy?

  • Let's just put it this way. I got to choose where I purchased a house. It's not in a flood plane. It's not on the San Andreas. It's not below sea level. I just must be smarter than all the idiots that purchased homes in those areas.

  • well, to find an area that is copletely imune to natural disasters is nearly imposible. it is one thing to live in the tornado alley. it is another to live in a wooded are which sometimes is exposed to wildfires. new orleans has been there for decades if not longer and this is the worst thing that has ever happened. somehow they managed to live through all the hurricanes before hand without getting flooded. something definitely went wrong in sept 2005. and it was not just the weather

  • But you do realize that some areas of the country (or even of a city) are far more likely to experience a natural disaster than others. If people would just use common sence they wouldn't be rebuilding parts of New Orleans.

  • Ah, the famous City of Louisiana rant. Classic.
