This song always reminds me of when the Berlin Wall came down, the unbridled joy the Germans felt at being reunited with kinsmen so long seperated by concrete barbed wire and guns. Such a beautiful uplifting song.

i think i first heard this around xmas 1989. it's still a great song to hear around xmas. i had faith back when this song was out but now i think it is much more important to spread truth regardless (even if it is ugly) than to simply have "faith"

Big fan of this song.......first heard it sung by Jennifer Holiday from the 1988 Olympics soundtrack......but Eddie took it to a different level and rocked it.

Never get tired of hearing it.
