I just got a Rocky Mountain Metro 10 D Hybrid this past saturday and it is really what I think is a perfect bike. It was a very smooth comfortable ride. This is my first RMB and I don't think I will regret the $700 I spent.
I also have a Giant Yukon Mountain bike I got last year which I am fond of. Though as dear as it is to me I would very well consider a Mountain Bike from Rocky Mountain when the day comes I shop for another.
I love the lc2r technology of the slayers/flatline. I had an 08 switch and after riding the flatline (and buying a flatline 3 haha) the switch felt like old technology. The flatline takes absolutely huge hits yet still covers shutter bumps, it gets the job done. I had a slayer50 the first year the new tech went into production and I loved that bike too. Rocky knows whats up
I just got into the sport and bought a Vapor about 2 weeks ago. great entry level bike.
No question my next bike will be from RM.
