great video and cooking presentation! i learned so quickly! and really enjoyed Mariette's 'stage-presents' !! lovely to listen to while you watch and learn or cook all long side her... I am just wondering??? when you going to get your own cooking show Mariette??? love when you say... "the vegetables"... your accent is too cute!! cya on cable sometime soon! thanks!!
@greatpumpkin333 I agree This lady really needs her own show Food network you need to get her there are lots of middle eastern lady's who would love to learn from her myself included. love you Mariette
love the way mariette "delivers" her cooking recipes-- meaning-- all of her very precise details and lil' explanations as to how and why she is using what she is cooking with... also, looove that accent of hers, as she just very nonchalantly goes on her way... demo'ing her skills!! ha! just makes you chuckle as you cook with her! sooo cool!! bravo!
I learned this way of doing dolma while I was in Africa, I understand in middle east they don't use mint or parsley in dolma. It's all a matter of aquired taste.
to be more precise a bout the dolma's origin gose back to ottoman empire era possibly befor. the ward dolma in turkish means to (stuff) it could be stuffing chicken , vegi or lamb.
she took the label off the tomato paste bacause its blood . lol jokes, lovly video
