i work at best buy, and in the "studio" where you can test out the different surround systems, they just replay this over and over. i try to spend my whole shift in there, everyday. <33
UNBELIEVABLE SONG!! Definately some of the best musicians of our time! It's a shame everyone else is listening to Lady Gaga! There's a huge lack of musical sense nowadays! And this is coming from an 18 year old!
@TemTay10 yea i agree with u. i mean ok i understand if people like rap or pop. but they dont open up to new music they form barriers in their mind and almost any song unless its played in a disco will never listen to it. i myself am 15 and i like every type of music. and i mean every type. from classical to heavy metal from jazz to rap all music i like. not every song but every genre.
I remember our church camp made us do a dance to this for some reason. I can't hear this song without picturing the four us doing a lame-ass version of thriller to it. :) Such a interesting childhood I had lol
Brilliant, just brilliant, what more can I say? I am a musician myself with creativity galore and still I would've never thought of this. I salute Dave Matthews band.
Haha, yeah man. It's creative genius. I think the secret to coming up with genius stuff like this (not to imply that I think I've ever come up with a masterpiece like this, because I haven't) is to really embrace a lot of the random things that will come to mind when you play. Dave's a master at that.
my favorite part of this song comes during the solo at 3:43 when the drums roll and the guitar changes tone (or whatever it is called) I listen to it over and over and over all the time. Pure brillance! Every DMB song has one of these moments, but not in his live shows. They are awesome, but I like the music much better recorded than live.
one of the greatest songs in the history of song. I can't believe it never made it big. On this day of Thanksgiving, I am thankful for this song. Wow, it is amazing.
This song is my favorite song ever. I love Dmb and this song is just, divine... Lol, that sounded gay... but I love DMB and this song more than any other band/song in the world

I can't believe that we would
Lie in our graves
Wondering if we had
Spent our living days well
I can't believe that we would
Lie in our graves
Dreaming of things that we
Might have been
Life is short, my friends. Whether you are a church-goer (like myself) or not (like my parents and some friends), you cannot deny this truth.
Enjoy life while you can!
