  • When the Admril was new, gambling wasn't allowed in Missouri. The boat was used strictly for cruises. Back then, you could board the Admril and make trips similar to what you would make now by airplane or bus. Now since the city has a new casino, it's best now to take the Admril and restore it to what many old folks remembered what it used to be. The boat wasn't even designed for casino use. It is time that we rebuild the boat and have her do what she was built to do.

  • Nah,he just hates to lose.

  • @panhead1219 NICELY put Bro.

  • BS! That is the first surveillance camera I've seen that 'follows' the action!!!

  • @oldfart387 With some systems, the guard can move the camera when he sees something.

  • @Badchoicesmade Good point!

  • that's a loaded barge too...1400 tons.....

and steel two inches or more thick

  • MUST BE MARQUETTE

  • Wow, they barely connected and that thing sank

  • A fleet had broken up during a storm & the barges that got away made it down that far.

  • where at????

  • Could have sworn that was a main channel marker:)

  • God doesn't like gambling at all.

  • @pete5668

    no sure he doesn't.

  • @jephboy I agree. It's like smoking. Many people begin gambling get hooked. Plus the boat itself began it's life as a regular cruise boat. I am not sure how the barges got loose like that, but I am quite sure that the boat operator would have been keeping an eye on the barges. Most of your floating casinos really just sit there on the river and not move but are geared to move if needed. Now I find that the boat has been closed. When the Admril was new, gambling wasn't allowed.
