Maybe in the future you can do a video on circuit training & light weight dumbbell/body weight exercises that focus on cardio

I am up to easy barbell curl bar at 95 five times, 75 five times barbell curl . I now have a deep sharp pain when I grip (in my forearms). I do barbells w bench press 3 times a week. I follow the proper form but honestly maybe I'm moving up the weights too fast... biceps can handle it but my forearms cant? Try low weight more reps? :( TNX

try superman planks, similar to the alternating normal plan, but just hold one arm out in front of you for as long as possible whilst shouting superman, great oblique/tva/ ab exercise
@dangerous1portal If you were still eating properly and doing some cardio, the likelihood is that you didn't lose any. It takes a lot for the body to consume its own muscle.

@dangerous1portal If you were still eating properly and doing some cardio, the likelihood is that you didn't lose any. It takes a lot for the body to consume its own muscle.
