  • i can do that stuff you are doing with the weight, i use a 45 pounds rubber weight and do russian twists with it usually 15 times each side before i have to drop it but at a much lower height on than you do.

    its funny tho how retarded hard that stuff is for people who never done it.. my friend is quite fit and cannot even do 5 of them on each sides with a 15 pounds medecine balls.. (much harder with an iron weight than medecine balls too)

  • i do alot of bodyweight and still ge big and ripped if i take protein the results come very fast . expecially doing squat hops ,dips ,chinups and hanging leg raises almost trains you full body .try it in a circuit . love your vids bud

  • You may be more flexible you may be stronger but if u stand next to a fitness model or a body builder in the beach you will look like a tiny baby

    and in fighting even a body builder just needs to know a few basic J-J-J throws and locks thats more than enough .

  • It all mind over body + water that all you need. I weight 165lbs half taiwanese half swedish 5ft. 11in. I can leg press 900lb and shoulder shrug 540lb I use 65lbs dumb bells for chest flys and aronld presses. I'm 20yrs old at 4% total body fat. I workout with guys that are all muscle and 4 times my size and they can't even keep up with me when I workout cause they don't train for fast twich muscles or fast recovery either. :D

  • @JohnRagoon Making fast jerky movements doesn't mean he uses momentum. You can move fast, but still get great results if you use dynamic muscle strenght.

  • Great workout dude. I'm sure you're back's going to be fucked in a matter of a few years due to the strain that these kinds of crunches do to your lower cord and tail-bone.

    If you want to see how NOT to injure the shit out of you back, look up intensive leg lifts instead because this guy is a complete moron.

  • There can be no argument. What you are doing sure works for you. Strong, flexible and handsome to boot. 

  • Was it just me or was that punch at the beginning really slow. And looked even slower when put in slow motion.

  • @XiaoYiTV you can do damage if not done correctly. Seeing as you have been training for some time now, you already have good core strength, so this is no problem for you or any intermediate / pro trainer, this is not something I would recommend an amateur to try. Technique is the key to building any muscle, and speed is best practised when technique is mastered, as is in martial arts.
