Yes, I have seen the full video. I know it shows the lions jumping on the guy when he is walking. Even then, the lions only play with him. You never see them actually bite him viciously, and they don't go for the throat, which lions insticntively do once they bring their prey down. After the guy got done frolicking with the lions, they switched out a meat filled mannequin to give you the scene you see above. Since they cut away, they were able to do this.
