  • shes not janis bot o well

  • Well, I am sure Janis joined up with him first thing. They have one hell of a blues band on the other side... :)

  • ok, Jeff Healey of course (RIP)but....a white chic singing blues like that????....whoa...I'm in love! :)

  • You're quite welcome. The best thing I loved about this night is the fact he didn't play any songs from his recorded JHB years (with the exception of Angel Eyes under some protest). It was truly a great jam session of an artist with all his closest friends by his side. Playing music they grew up listening to, and just having FUN! Jeff was kind enough to pose for a photo with me during his break, and was an amazing person to be around. Two nights I will never forget.

  • Hey riffer,

First of all, yeah your right, Jeff, he's the MAN.(RIP) But if you're in love with her vocals, check out Lou Ann Barton's CD, "Read My Lips". The only woman I would have married by JUST hearing her voice! {:D

  • @goodtarist : Angela Strehli is another.

  • words cannot express how much I like this!...thankyou...thankyou.... thankyou!.....and did I thankyou for this?...lol!

  • This is the dog and I was never thrown a better musical bone than playing with Jeff or

having the honor of a very long friendship that spanned 25 years. Can't please them all and that is fine with me, all my friends were on that stage that night and it was a magical birthday. The big 40. I will miss him profoundly, love to him always RIP

  • Great voice, what an honour for you to know and play with Jeff.

He is a huge hero of mine, respect tohis friends and family.

    RIP Jeff.

  • Great rockin' honky tonk clip. The best ones are a little rough around the edges. You were blessed to know Jeff and perform with him. Please be sure to let his family know the profound effect he had on so many lives. We are also blessed to have great recordings like this one to remember him by.

  • Very enjoyable clip. The singing is fine; what do you expect for something recorded in a club on an inexpensive camera?

Jeff's passing is a tragedy. If you are a praying person say a prayer for his wife and kids. I'm sure they were the most important parts of his life.

  • R.I.P. Jeff

  • Give that Dog a Bone and send her back to the pound. Sucks would be too kind a word for her singing.

    Healey masterful as ever.

Damn shame to lose such genius so young in life.

  • Jeff just died today. RIP March 2nd 2008 Another bluesman called back home.

  • the singer killed the song but Jeffs guitar playin is very good as usual.

  • So I am checking out my buddy Jeff online to get a look at his new jazz wizards, and there I am.....I had no idea this was out there.....what a great night this was. I think he is one of the coolest guys on the planet, bar none.....

  • che mostro!!!!!!!

  • v underated genius

  • Jeff killer vibrato and feel. The best to you man.
