  • I have been battling for a while myself I am well over 425 and each day it gets harder to move. I think you should keep it on this channel because this is apart of the mobile dj life. I too have full-time job and it is a struggle . I would love to join you guys in a weight lost communication thing here on YouTube. Let me know what needs to be done.

  • Great video Bro. I'm a 110% behind you as i have the same struggle myself. So far this summer I've lost about 26 lbs. and I chalk it up to eating less bread, pasta and potatoes. Plus working in that hot box day job of mine. Plus sweating almost every week end on the load ins and load out when i gig.

  • best of luck to you with this Ron. I think it would be fine if you posted the videos on this channel. I lost a few pounds this summer by walking everyday for an hour or so. Easy for me because I love to walk.

  • Dude, I'm a fellow DJ and on the same mission. As of October 2010 I weighed 316lbs. As of Monday I'm down to 295lbs. . What Ive been doing is cutting back on all the fried food and fast food as much as possible(, walking anywhere from 25min-1hr. about four times a week and drinking about a gallon of water a day, even though I prefer to drink half my weight in ounces (147oz.). My hang up is beer and still eating fast food here and there. but Im getting there. Good luck on your mission...

  • i'm working on losing some weight too. theres Colarad MG, its like protiens and it actually helps you lose weight/inches. works for me so far. check it out and see what its like for you

  • Way to go ...exersize is the best but damn I hate it so I went with th low carb aproch ...it works and fast but you have to stick with it for a good 6 months and you will loose big time ...if you can add exersize with that you will feel even beter I hav the same problem as my weight goes up and down ...If theres anything can do to help you Im sure it will help me as well

  • ...no food after 6pm, only grilled chicken or fish, and some cardio for 10min. twice a day. I think that's a good way to start, i think we can do it...the goal isn't to lose wieght, it's to feel better about ourselves the wieght is a bonus. I'm starting tomorrow, i mean today forgot what time it was, and i'll let you know how it went next Friday. Stay positive man.....

  • I know how u feel bro, i'm in the same situation....over 350, always had problems with my wieght. And to make it worse i've been unemployed for the past year in half and having a tough year with a couple of death's in the family and bunch of health problems. Just don;t overwhelm yourself, with trying to do too much at once, it seems that's what i keep doin. But i'm working on it, maybe we can push ourselves....i'm making it a goal to drink only water with or without lemon, no fast food,.....
