my god people swear they can do anything ...always a fucking comment about how great they are and shit ...im honest right now imma freshman pitcher and i throw about 71-73 consistently .. i also throw a changeup and a curve ... the changeup is my put pitch and the curve i just throw to get it over for a strike when the hitter isn't expecting it ..im not the greatest in the world..watch some dick freshman come and comment talking about he throws 80 and shit which to me, its pure b.s. Lol its true

you need much more velocity. you need to be at least in the 55mph range, optimal is about 65. your throwing about 40 it looks like. just a thought.

your throwing them too high which kills movement, has to come out of your hand straight or downish.. Keep the ball under the hitters eyes at all times

動画なので揺れ具合が分からないのですが、落ち具合はいい変化を­してると思います。

ただ、投球フォームが良くないので、もう少し投球のフォームを勉­強したら、もっとコントロールも安定して試合でも投げられるレベ­ルになると思います。
