@Sublevare1 Another one you might want to check out is "Big Sugar". They don't really exist anymore, I think the bass player passed away a while back but the singer/guitar player has a band based out of the States now called "Grady". It's sort of heavy blues/rock with a lot of great slide guitar playing if you're into that. They have new originals but they also do heavier versions of the Big Sugar stuff.

Being from the states I will be the first to admit that Canada's taste in music is alot better than it is in the states. A lot of American bands that were expletive awesome caught on there when they didn't get love in the states they should have the Tea Party, Big Wreck, however no band deserved more respect in the states then OLP and didn't get it (or at least as much as they should have).
