I live not far from here, on the US side. I don't go across nearly as much as I used to, because of the crackdown on the US side (and I have a passport). Occasionally I get pulled aside in Sarnia but it's usually returning to the US. It sucks, because I really like Canada.
I drove truck for ten years and never crossed an international border. I thought it took longer than that to cross and that it involved paperwork and all for trucks to cross. It sounded like you were loaded, didn't they check the load?
I haul boats on an open trailer, so they can see it; and we get pre-clearance before we get to the border - just hand over the paperwork, they check it, and let us go on through
Also, I cut about twenty seconds out of the video to get it down to the size I needed - all of that twenty seconds was just a still shot with me sitting there at the booth
@gearjammerj I got yelled at for talking to them in Spanish once. They didn't think it was funny.

I love Canada too, but coming back across is always hard. Canadian drivers tell me the same thing about going back across the other way
