no scoping is when you right click to scope and shoot however its not scoped in yet making it a "no scope", it wouldnt be acurate if u just shot.

quickscoping is when you scope and shoot imediatly when you zoom in

And if you think just drawing a crosshair will work, it doesn't with the awp. If you just click the scope button very quick and shoot it doesn't scope but go straight ...
