  • It is narrated in Sahih Muslim as well as many other sources that:

Someday (after his last pilgrimage) the Messenger of Allah (PBUH&HF) stood to give us a speech beside a pond which is known as Khum (Ghadir Khum) which is located between Mecca and Medina. Then he praised Allah and reminded Him, and then said: "O' people! Behold! It seems the time approached when I shall be called away (by Allah) and I shall answer that call. Behold! I am leaving for you two precious things.

  • i really dont see how Abu Bakr could be better than Ali (as)..what has abu bakr done that was better than what Ali (as) has done? Ali (as) was the best warrior not Abu Bakr, Ali (as) killed more believers than Abu Bakr, Ali (as) attended more battles, Ali sacrificed his life for the Prophet (s) not Abu Bakr, Ali was the self of the Prophet not Abu Bakr

  • @ayasalman The believers are people who "hear and obey". The Prophet Muhammad (S) said it and we accept it. Why do you want to challenge the Prophet (S). This a problem that lies amongst the shia'a. They think they understand Islam better then Allah SWT, the Prophet (S), his Household (AS), and the sahabas (RA)

  • @aim786 i am never challenging the Prophet (s). So dont accuse me of wanting to. This proves u dont know the Shia, cuz no shia's do not think they understand Islam better than Allah (swt), the Prophet (s) nor his Ahlul Bayt (as). But still never said how Abu Bakr is better than Ali (as) out of some reasons i told u.

  • @ayasalman Well then why are you asking WHY the Prophet (S) thought Abu Bakr (R) was better to succeed than Ali (R)? HE is the messenger and we obey him. If you don't want to be of those people I mentioned, except the command of the Rasool (S).

  • @aim786 cuz the Prophet (s) NEVER thought Abu Bakr was better to succeed Ali (as). Abu Bakr didn't do anything that WAS BETTER than what Ali (as) has done..the only thing is that he might of given more money to Islam than Ali (as) THATS IT! I do accept the command of Rasul (s) but not of what other ppl claim who claim that the Prophet (s) said something which in fact he didn't. Or they misworded it or twisted words, etc. even sahabahs can mishear.

  • @ayasalman Like I said we have the evidences to prove so. The Problem is that your hadiths are not reliable. They don't isnaads and authentic matns so NOBODY can verify. We have verified not only chains in EACH level but also the Matn. I challenge you to show me ANY shia'a scholar who complied ANY book of hadith that shows his process or method for authentication. We have NUMEROUS narrations from many different sahabis. It is ludacris to say that EVERY single person would be making this up.

  • @aim786 certain hadiths are not reliable same with urs..we were not there to actually say what is reliable and what is not..like mohammed said we go by each hadith nto by the book..yes there are authentic hadiths and yes there are non authentic hadiths we are not afraid to say that unlike u. u would even have 'chains' that u say are autehtnic and they were not even with teh Propeht when it was said. Like i said we dont go by book we go by Hadith.
