Romario, what's your point? Are you a car burner? In 2003, France's debt versus gdp was 68.8% versus US 62.4% so I don't think prosperity is related to national debt. America has helped france many times since the its independence, going all the way back to the war of 1812. Also, he didn't say teenagers won't burn cars? He just said they may not get away with it anymore. A pretty good deterrent.
