All U guys do there is deflect any blame & the minute U see 1 finger pointing at YOU, U make sure its 3 more fingers pointing back at the customer. U cant tell me shit. Sheila Germano (Ricks goddaughter) & Rick himself has explained alot of shit to us & he pretty much has explained how to handle customers with LEGIT complaints & how agents are to which is to DEFLECT DEFLECT DEFLECT!

  • @BrooklynOmerta Why is it deflection when in the video she barely did any troubleshooting with the agent before she went off on her. The agent has procedures to follow. Like every other company. And yes I used to actually work for a call center that had the chat programs and I was the trainer. I was also a chat agent for numerous years before becoming trainer.   • Swearing in the chat doesn't help ya. 1st. There are many different issues that could cause slow speeds. 1st and this is the mian one. Your pc may not be able to handle high speeds because its an older pc. 2nd. Your ethernet card may not be able to handle the higher speeds. 3rd. Cables are faulty. and I could go on. You didn't even give that agent a chance to help you. You just came on and blamed the them and didn't attempt any trouble shooting.  So you deserve what you got

I can say first hand that they are so rude, unprofessional and all they do is deflect ANY blame off of them (the same way U did). Now while it is true some of the things you pointed out, it doesnt eliminate the reality that they never assume any responsibility for the shit they do to customers. Pure deflection & this is why I suspect U work for them OR know someone who does. I have not even watched the video,dont need to

  • WTF.. you sound like you know everything about internet. There are many factors that would affect your internet connection. check first if you have already optimize your browser and I hope you know what I mean. If you are using a router try to bypass that router and connect your computer directly to the modem. I hope this will enlighten you.
