@starman23435657345 starman try harder diffuculty which ups ur chances OR use a sticker to boost the rate of trophy stands when using the character with sticker. Id recommend co-op for boss trophies.

It means you've missed a CD or a golden block (that contains a trophy or a CD) on those stages I believe. In the subspace oens this also counts for the playable character trophies

But I don't know what I'm missing because the only stage that has a flag in my data of the SSE is the Great Maze. If there is only one flag on one of the four parts of the Great Maze then does that mean that there is something that is missing in that one part, or does it count to the other parts of the Great Maze?!?! Just to tell you the flag is placed at the north-east part of the Great Maze. =P

oi, that's a toughie. The same thing happened to me, and the only thing I can tell you is to check EVERY SINGLE INCH of the north-east area of the maze. Use your map (pause) to check where you are and where you've been. Trust me, I've been there. Lucky for me, I was only missing one item.

In order to have 100% in the Subspace Emissary, you must break every single orange cube, and get all the Subspace Emissary trophies (you know, throwing a trophy stand to an enemy), even the boss ones.

When you are missing an orange cube on one level, then a green flag will appear on that level.

Jyk is possible to catch, they are invincible, but they can be made trophies, i have it.

And Mizzo is a blue ball inside a block, you get it as a trophy, but it's on the Subspace Emissary section.

Nope, Jyk can't be made a trophy. You get Jyk as a Challenge Reward for beating Boss Battles with 20 Characters. As for Mizzo; he's random, meaning Coin Launcher, Blue or Yellow boxes and other random things.

In the Subspace Bomb Factory, when ur on the ferris wheels of death and u see the door, go in it. When ur in the room, go to the top and go on the spring. The orange box is hidden. Attack when u r off the screen and the box contents will fall.
