carnax is the worst place to trade in my car...they offer $3,000 n my 20003 VW GTI ...while I got it trade in for $7,500 at a dealership...yes thats a trade in price.
returning cars is easy but can be a bitch to the sales people, cause they loose the commision, and it had happened that people use carmax as a free rental company, they should make it harder to return cars or make people wait for 4 hours at the waiting area so they pay the price .
