typically you don't go looking for a IIS 4.0 server, you just run across it. You must have a reason to have a server or your just breaking the law to be a shit ass. Some of us do nothing but scan IP's for weeks on end and collect databases for the useful IP addresses.

johnnyineedaspo, you really need to get into Unix. If you like this kind of stuff, you'll love Unix. It's like DOS on steroids. Far better than anything Windows has to offer and I've used windows almost every day since Win 3.1 came out (for work). I recommend Solaris or FreeBSD
