Man... I miss the days of KDAF Fox 33! I can remember all the shows I used to watch; Small Wonder (reruns), The Woody Woodpecker Show, Eek The Cat... I wish the '90s would could back for just a day... :.-(
@gameshowluvr86 I wish they would come back for the next decade. Or at least my youth. I was probably too naive to see how missed up things really were, but at least they seemed wonderful at the time. Everyone misses the programs they watched as a kid.
This was only a few months before DFW's Great TV Switch, where CBS moved to 11, Fox moved to 4, the WB moved to 33, and 39 went back to being an independent.
@cameron20101000 The big switch happened 16 years ago. The changes are not that new (though as late as 1999, I did set my VCR to record 33 instead of 4 for a new episode of The Simpsons).
@cameron20101000 As I recall, the big switch happened after the prime-time programming on July 1, which was a Saturday. I don't remember KDFW doing anything major to commenerate the change. Whatever the last primetime program on CBS that evening ran its closing credits, they went to commercial, and when the 10:00 news started, they were Fox 4.
Mentos--The Freshmaker! Martin was my mother's top show! (Although it's sorta weird seeing Tracy Morgan w/ an afro.) And take one dose of Imodium AD instead of dose after dose--more than 1/3 of a bottle--of the pink stuff!
Also, I remember seeing Major Payne in theaters; a pretty damn funny movie, if you ask me.
That Snickers commercial reminds me, I have a couple of M&M's ads from around this time period to upload pretty soon.
Please ignore that 1-star rating I gave your video but my computer can be so hard on me sometimes. I meant to give you 5 stars because I totally remember this night as a kid.

Sliders was awesome, the perfect balance of good storytelling and cheese. Of course once it got to the third season it became all out cheese. :|

If I made, the Mentos commercial, I would have had the businessman's car get towed.
