With no heat I have been really glad for the warmer temps and I'm so dreading the cold again. And really dreading seeing that Duke Energy Bill come in the mail box. With my income cut in half in one month and running a space heater almost non stop for about a week when it stayed near the teens...i am so worried about the electric bill!!!! Plus with no heat I had to run the water so the pipes would not freeze cause they r not well insulated so my water bill is over double this month as well.
@TinFoilChefDotCom sure thing. Man I've just had the most terrible 24 hours of recent time... Got food poisoning last day on the company skiing trip i reffered to above - so a whole night of throwing up and being on the can and then having to go home still without having any sleep, still feeling terrible with no fluids or anything left unable to eat or drink. One of those things you hope never EVER get to try again..So now.. I've finally arrived home. Sleep is close... Damn that was a tough one.
@cybie04 I went to a store about 50 miles north. The trip started late morning and I got home just before sunset. It didn't used to be a problem but it takes longer and longer to recover from it these days
