This is PRIVATE TESPIA. This means that they have set equips, and have to auto assign SP. Anyone who has played Tespia would have noticed that even if you are level 200, you still have crap damage. I made a level 200 Battle Mage in Tespia and Yes, the damage did suck. So all you flamers on here, get a life.
