The point here is that a bus driver is not trained to restrain a student or anyone else, that is not her job. So the girl wants to get off the bus so be it, you have to let her get off of that bus, that's her choice that's her decision. Now if we're being so strict on rules here the only thing the bus driver would have been authorized to do was tell let her off of the bus and inform the PD of the girls last location. The bus driver was WRONG. After the girl was told to quiet down, she didnt want to, so she sad she would lke to exit the bus. THE BUS DRIVER would not let her! Who is she to tell someone she cant leave the bus? THe girl called her mother who wanted to talk to the driver, the driver threw the phone and assaulted the girl MULTIPLE TIMES before the girl finally retaliated.
