@zwinkygirl789 In Saru Getchu On Air 2nd, Specter became the Pipo Angel who the Pipotron Brothers were trying to get feathers from. Then he was put in a tube with his helmet, and they fused and became Specter. That's at least what I can tell, anyway.

Oh that one. Specter was asking Hakase for the blue prints for his teleportation machine. In Season 2, the baby version of Specter didn't turn into Specter. It was a flying monkey called: Pipo Angel. Strange, but I dunno why.
