The dance was in North Hollywood but the exerior scenes were shot in Mt. Carrol Illinois at a closed college campus called Sheimer College.  You can say what you want about this movie...but there are some really funny scenes in it and we did end up with a pretty good soundtrack that never got distributed seperately.

I ran this movie @ a drive-in- Chatham, Ontario in 1984 and LMAO! Still have to watch it once a year just for the fart scene- great advice from ol' Elbo...and live by those inspirational words- they don't make bad movies like that anymore!

No problem, Ziggy...the band filmed it's scenes at the old "Baked Potato" jazz club in North Hollywood, The stage almost collapsed while were doing our song...
