Thank you for your effusive comments. We are very lucky in the UK to have a substantial railway preservation movement which owes much to pipedreams of a few enthusiasts back in the 60s and 70s.
Another great vid Mike, shame about the jackets on Oakworth station when 80002 ran through with goods, glad we've banned them from platforms at the GC!
Thanks. Yes, large numbers of photographers followed the train into the station where she picked up 4 wagons before proceeding on her way. Our clear shot was completely ruined. I didn't mind the ones by the lineside so much, but the ones on the platform were just plain inconsiderate...as were the blokes on the inside curve at Keighley who turned up at the last minute...and the chap on the curve Oakworth as the N2 passed through.
Superb; the departure at about 5.00 is a real classic. I paid twenty quid for a video (DVD) recently that was nowhere near as good as this!

Really beautiful photography, so crisp and vivid! I really love your dedication to the greatest railroad era that ever was.
Thank you for keeping us thrilled with your fantastic ventures into a vanishing history of glory on the rails!

The driver of 80002 certainly knows his stuff. He caught the wheel spin at least 5 times before it even got slightly out of hand, well done.

Perhaps the piston rings could do with tightening up on 1744, but she handled it well. I do like Nunlow as well.

1744 has leaked almost from day 1.
