Thanks for putting this together... I love George :) Do yourself a favor and listen to all of All Things Must Pass, Dark Horse, and Living in the Material World. You might find your list expanding to include songs like Ballad of Sir Frankie Crisp, If Not For You, Let It Down, Dark Horse, The Day the World Gets Round, and Give Me Love. Peace!
@vernacularsnoop Thanks! I have since listened to many more songs, and this list has gotten a little out of date. I do love The Ballad of Sir Frankie Crisp, tho!
I'm chuckling indulgently at the admission you'd never heard "My Sweet Lord." You must be young....but this is a pretty good compilation covering George's career.
I'm very disappointed because you know just 'Cloud nine ' and 'All things must pass' . Where are My sweet Lord , Blow away , All those years ago , This song , Crackerbox palace , So sad , Give me love , You , Love comes to everyone and others ... ?
you have to hear 33 and a third CD ......" Learning How to Love You" and " Pure Smokey" are excellent Harrison songs .... I'm sure its uploaded on You Tube....Oh yeah and "Living in The Material World" is IMO his second best CD behind "All Things Must Pass'....both are great
i kinda glad i dont see something oon here i mean it is one of my fav song but its kinda a given so its nice to see some other of his song from his solo carrer and my sweet lord wouldve been nice but good list overall, great job!
@TheDazzer360 Something should have been on there but I must not have thought of it while I made the list. I made the same kind of mistake when I did my top Ringo songs (I forgot Yellow Submarine), but I caught and corrected that one right away.
As for My Sweet Lord, I don't think I've heard that one. Honestly, I've only really heard Cloud Nine all the way through and parts of All Things Must Pass and Brainwashed
@MyDreamside This is just my own opinion of what are my personal favorites. I admit, I am not familiar with all of his solo career songs. As for Something, I did forget that one somehow.
@KISSTheNationdotcom I've been working on those actually. John and Paul's are ready, but I'm still working on the video for Ringo's. I might actually have them up tonight or tomorrow
Happy B'Day, George.
We miss you.:(

@ThePtitbreton35
Unfortunately a lot of people only know those two albums and Olivia Harrison did not do much better when she made the "Let it roll" compilation.
My all time favorite: Circles.
