Gran Turismo is more based around the physics, they'll put realistic physics above everything. It took Polyphony 6 years to build their game engine, they kept adding technology as it came along. GT5 was a bit of a disappointment in some aspects, but Forza will never rival its realism as a simulator. We know for a fact the next Gran Turismo is a few short years away, and will be built on top of the current, so expect great things out of Polyphony in the future.

@stampede2501 I did a hot lap today with this car with tcs and ecs on with manual T, second and fastest lap was 8:05.265 and the lap was the second I mean the car was running when clock started running.
