hey your using wrong side of the puller!!! the flat part of the puller suppose to be on the back of the bearing and you're doing it with the other side. wow suppose to be educational video!?! You'll better to check your notes next time before trying to learn things to other people. The flat part of the puller redistribute the force evenly on the bearing but the way you make it, the force is apply on the cage and the outer ring only.
It seems to work fine the way he is using it - even if applied forces are only on the outer cage there's nothing wrong with that. That's a scrap bearing so we don't care what condition it's in.
you use that type of bearing puller when you don't want to damage the bearing for remounting it later. you use it also if you really really don't have the place to use another type of puller you use it the way it was showed but if you do that you have to turn the puller all around the shaft with a bar to avoid to spot the bearing cage.
Nice bearing heater

Good tutorial !
Also with the induction heater instead of the o so simple flame heating where your grease burns down your bearing technique.

how do u regrease it after induction heating it will be impossible to heat with grease

Why grease it? The aim was to insert it with ease. Later, you could apply a little grease to bearing balls.
