I play it differently where you start with 6 cards and lay them out in the shape of a rectangle (3 on top and 3 on bottom). Then I try to make pairs. You make pairs by having the same card in each column (6 of hearts and 6 of clubs). Each pair counts as 0 and 2s count as -2. Other than that it is the same scoring as this.
