I actually have dual bass capabilities on my Ions - in general, in Rock Band I don't use dual pedals, but for GH:M I do - I have an adapter which converts from large ION pedal input to small pedal input, and then run bass pedal splitter on that using two stock RB pedals - works fine!

360 users can buy an XNA license and download software on their PC to make/upload charts. They can then work out deals with artists to get licenses to their songs, make charts out of them and upload them to RBN for people to download for a fee set by the charter/artist.

Before anyone cries about it only being 360, MS already had the framework for a system like this in the form of XNA. PS3 doesn't have anything like this yet, so it would be a LOT of work on HMX's part to get it to work.
