@Gtheawesome Yes, Korean groups have a pretty easy time dominating in Japan because the pronunciation of both languages are similar and the grammar style is nearly the same. Thus, they only need to learn the words themselves, and several Koreans words like 약속 (promise) is pronounced the same and has the same meaning in Japanese.

In Japanese they use ideograms (it's the same thing in Mandarin) while Korean use an alphabet, so they don't only have to learn the words, they have to learn the grammar and the pronunciation, which is different, as well. By the way, Japanese is way more difficult to learn than Korean.

@NewEndHero I beg to differ, Korean and Japanese have the same GRAMMAR; by this I meant how sentences are created. As everyone knows, instead of "[ I ] [ am a ] [ Korean ]" it is used in this order "[ I ] [ Korean ] [ am a ]". While the ideograms and alphabets themselves are different, I admit, but their sentence structures are VERY similar, so it is easy for Koreans to learn Japanese and vice versa, (that's why Asians struggle in processing an English sentence; their sentence structures differ)
