To be honest its not as hard as it looks. They are breaking through wooden slabs. The first wooden slab may have a 25lb breaking point, but when that breaks it adds into your kinetic energy into the next block. So in reality the next wooden blocks only take about 10lbs of force from the person and the rest is taken care of by the first broken slab. Concrete believe it or not is easier. Once a fracture develops at about 15lbs of pressure, it breaks like glass. This can be done by any1.
i could beat her by power strangling til she died a reverse body slam from me would crack her head open. i give her credit shes tough but shes too one dimensional and that gets you hurt very fast
Very impressive breaking ladies, but stomp breaks seem awfully easy compared to side-kicks, spinning hook-kicks, back-kicks etc. I wonder if there is a point rating system on the kick difficulty besides the number of boards or bricks broken.
don't know about Karate but in Tae Kwon Do, you also get rated on the difficulty of the technique - ie spinning techniques score higher, jumping techniques score higher, spinning jumping techniques score the most.
still, stomp kick through ... what was that, 5 patio bricks? is pretty impressive.
I have mixed felling on this one...respect to these women for being tough enough to break boards and concrete but it does look a little funny watching them do it-I know I look funny when I break boards but I also know it is a little difficult to do. OSU......
A lot of haters is putting it mildly. These women worked very hard to do what they did. No one is perfect and these women certainly weren't arrogantly dancing around after their accomplishments as we so often see men doing. I challenge anyone who commented here to break bricks like these competitors did.
My boyfriend is never arrogent after he is do something!(Unless Guitar hero lol). You need not stereo type the man just because woman is do something. Why in USA the
"equal woman" is often not treat equal is treat like princess...
Alot of haters here. I'm amazed and wonder how they do that. It must be through speed of there blows. Yeah it would be harder if the bricks and would weren't separated, but still, I can't even break one 2X4. I need to learn some more martial arts.
man thats so gay they dont deserve black belts if they couldnt even break those breaks, to be a black you you must be a true master of Martial arts , its all about the money these days its gay all of you should be white belts
Awesomw video. I've studies aiki ju jutsui, shaolin kung fu, and tai chi for year but I would love to learn more about breaking and be able to study it. It looks awesome to be able to achieve that much power , force, and energy into on place and breaking objects.
