Actually,In the context of rulings,changes in law and increases in grey area language in Government guidance, this is totally believable. If any appeal against such an obvious injustice fails then European Courts must be used. Firefighters are continually praised for their work. Media coverage for incidents such as 911, Windsor,Kings Cross, Hatton train crash, flooding incidents, terrorism etc. all attract political praise. Yet time and again we see unlawful, deplorable acts made law. Shameful!
This is so unbelievable. Yet again we see just how single minded the Government is and try to cut costs and who will cover these costs? We will, Jo Public and more to the point the Firefighters and their families will suffer the consequences. The Government never fail to let me down. Theres one thing you can be sure of an thats if they can take something from you they will.
Yet again, our greedy MP's exhibit scandal after scandal on their own pay , fat pensions and conflict of interest ridden outside interests. Making decisions on brave men and women of the Fire Service, who lay down their lives and risk profound ill health, MP's are not fit to govern and in my opinion would not take any risks with their own lives in lieu of Public Service. Self serving MP's and ministers making these decisions should be named and shamed. A disgusting indictement on government!
