I don't think this is Pennington Bend, they kept showing it but I don't recognize any of this, I think its Bellvue and they kept just saying it was Pennington bend. I live on Steamboat and never saw anything familiar in these videos.
Delta queen , steamboat, frost, i dont really know all the streets in this neighborhood, we have a park that its called two lock and has the view to the cumberland and i think the house complexes affected is called river bend , abbnignton park and river view trace i live in here and we got very lucky
This is NOT "Pennington Bend". The News tagged it wrong. It is the "Waterford" subdivision in Old Hickory. My house is there.
