Shell, as a Condition of its' Consent from the State in 2002 was to give 120 days notice to Department of Marine/Fisheries of its' intention to embark on pipe-laying in Broadhaven; that notification has not been given.
Any pipe-laying exercise, without the 120 day notice period is therefore illegal.
