I grew up on whole milk and loved it. Then for a while when on a diet I switched to nonfat and it took a while to get used to. After exclusively drinking that for months, when I tried whole, 2% or even 1% it all tasted nasty and it coated my mouth. So really it just comes down to whatever you're used to is the best tasting milk.
@RyanBomar Yeah, I grew up on 2%, but switched to 1% like, 12 years ago. Now I can;t stand the taste of anything else. It's weird how peoples preferences on taste change like that.
