  • I don't get how you fucking morons are trying to tell him what to do and say what he's doing is "self obsession". First off never tell him what to do until you look like him at that age. Secondly saying it's self obsession is absurd. Maybe if you got up off your sorry ass you could look like him. Doubt that'll ever happen.

  • From a trainers perspective you have to see the flaws in every movement. Kudos to him for being his age and kicking however old he is, but he's doing way too much weight clearly if he can not achieve a full range in motion. By this I mean hands must go further back, elbows must be tucked closer to the head, and if that cant be done he needs to either gain more flexibility or lower the weight. If anyone disagrees do it yourself and find out the hard way.

    and i have seen bertil fox lifting weights with half reps like this.

    it might be some kind of technique in his training program.

    i've even seen ronnie coleman lift half reps.

    i do not use half reps,i prefer a full range of motion.

    and those guys probably do that too,but u know there are many ways to exercise!

    and that guy is buff!so he's obviously doing something right.

  • @FRANKQ4242 Nope, nope, he is kinda right. It's good, but he just isn't getting full range of motion and not really getting as much out of it for the long head of the triceps.

  • In my 30's I can't do that particular exercise anymore due to tendonitis or bursitis in my left elbow. Here you are at 63 still going strong.
