Cera takes a step toward Littlefoot when he starts singing about his mom and the others share a confused look. She's the only one that's ever met Littlefoot's mother, so maybe she knows who he's talking about and I think sympathizes with him. We've never met her mother, so maybe she died in the Great Earthshake. It could explain why she's so protective over him. Perhaps Cera feels that she's Littlefoot's best friend, since she's known him the longest.

though nothing could ever even dream of living up to the original LBT, I must say this one was probably the best sequel, at least it had the best music. I have loved this song since I was little, and can remember singing it as a lullaby to my baby nieces and nephews. Littlefoot's verse is so sweet and sad. Ah, memories! :)

the land before time is probably the best animation I've watched growing up as a kid from the 90s. I miss the old days, and we all know we can go back into the past what's done is done. Things will change as time goes by... On the positive side, littlefoot was the character we all wanted to be as a kid wen me and my friends watched the tv series... lol we wud always argue to say who mostly resemblant to littlefoot and wud play the same games that they played.

i love this song, i can relate to it pretty well, and i think a lot of people can too. most of us have had a moment in our childhood where we are scared and our parent, or elder sibling or anyone, comes and helps you through it.
