Its the azeroth one that has a bag with 5g with reward if you dont want a pet, this is from the outlands oprhan quest which doesnt have a money bag as a possible reward ^_^

its from the new orpahns day quests Nikeis, and will be released w/ the patch.
you can do both orphans day quests, and get pets from each, but the old world one is the same as last years.
