How did you go around the kid while the picture was freezed?

@AlanMoa7 probably just let the kid not move and then pan around with the camera..(i did one like that and you dont notice any movement)

Just tracking your footage in Boujou or PFTrack, then compositing all in After Effects.. Watch tutorial from Andrew Kramer, called "Advanced Time Freeze"..
But i did not use 3D objects in this, it's just png images (muzzle flash).
