it sounds like they were out of sync, when that happens it usually takes a little while to correct it. It happens to all bands, it's embarrassing but it lets people know you're human no matter what level you're on. It also teaches you to not be complacent and pay attention to what you're doing no matter how many times you've played a song.

Hugh was 1 bit too early. Jon was on the right track. The fans were right too. That particular bar is only 3/4 anyway, but Hugh only did 2/4. Well, musicians do make mistakes. Like me. :)
I have to totally agree with you, Steve. I'm almost positive this is NOT fake. It takes a musician to recognize a musician's mistake. All pros do it at some point or another. All it takes is one tiny timing mistake to throw the entire band off. I'm sure their in-ear monitors threw them off so they couldn't recover easily. It happens to even the best! -EB :)
This is fake, the "mistake" is out of time, It doesn't matter that they used a sample with the chorus because It was a "drums mistake" , Tico wouldn't make a stupid mistake like that. "Prayer" is an easy song to play, maybe I would believe that from a song they don't play frequently, but this one is played in almost every show since 1986.

Hay... Its simple audio editing job... No need to be a sound engineer.. ! But use a software filter and set the frequency range to cut out BJ voice and moreover the crowd voice is of different freq spectrum.. Very easy to do such editing..
I can even notice the mistakes in editing...

IMO, it's not jon's mistake.. it was tico who did not followor was unaware to the song's key alterations so that lead to the sabotage mistake in the band..
Who is sad enough to create a mistake, seriously..... Even if a singer DOES miss his cue it does not mean the rest of the band are going to carry on playing completely out of sync for the remaining 30 seconds. Especially with 25+ years experience.
Jon, Richie, and Tico make mistakes and people laugh it off. Alec never made a mistake and everyone calls him out saying he did. If he did, they wouldn't mess up the song the way the others would. Show me one video where Alec makes a mistake.

Who is sad enough to create a mistake, seriously..... Even if a singer DOES miss his cue it does not mean the rest of the band are going to carry on playing completely out of sync for the remaining 30 seconds. Especially with 25+ years experience.

Jon, Richie, and Tico make mistakes and people laugh it off. Alec never made a mistake and everyone calls him out saying he did. If he did, they wouldn't mess up the song the way the others would. Show me one video where Alec makes a mistake.

Normally I don't comment but this is not real. Don't care what you say. This band does not makwe errors like that. Tico would have caught and so would the other guys. Not to mention that Jon would NOT keep playing. He would have started over and said something funny to brush it off.

Agree but seriously it doens't really matter how long you've known a song you still can do misstakes. I get what you mean I do but Joey Tempest and John norum managed in soem wierd way to sing the wrong lyrics in The Final Countdown chorus once and Tempest forgot the lyrics on time too and that's the most played song ever.

no way the HAS to be dubbed!! As wompo67 rightly said Bon Jovi NEVER cock up that badly. If he ever did make a mistake then an experienced drummer like Tico could easily rectify it and pick up the correct beat in a matter of seconds, it would never in a million years go on for that long!! Bon Jovi forever!!
