She didn't actually tell her that her father died of a heart attack. She asked her if that was the case. And it's a reasonable guess to make that it was a handkerchief in the envelope. Given the length of the video, it's clear that a lot has been edited out, presumably the parts where the psychic didn't guess right. As to the telephone example, there are billions of phone calls made ever day, it would be unusual if things like that didn't happen.
