There is a foolproof, easy way to beat this mission:

When Bucky exits his car, position your car far enough away from the house so that his goons can't shoot you. Then, dial 911 and ask to send a cop to your location. Continue to call 911 until the army of cops enters the house and kills Bucky and his gang.

Once dead, you'll get a wanted level. Simply drive away and don't get too shot up in the process.

I just replayed the game and when I got to this mission I called the cops a few times and let them take the gang down you still get a 2 star wanted level.

Here is a quick hint. This is a long way of beating the mission but it works :) As soon as the chase is over, kill the guys out of the house then find a a car in good condition, kill the guys, evertime you get a wanted level, escape then come back again, make sure the car is in good condition for the 2 star part, after you kill everyone, escape and tadda!!
